This Ultimate Madoka is an original from Good Smile (I purchased it directly at the Good Smile Online Store) and is overall in very good condition. Only a finger on her right hand has a crack (marked with a red circle), it's still attached and not loose but I wouldn't recommend to use any form of force on it.

Aside from the crack nothing is scratched, broken or missing. The small bow is in the box and was never used. Shipping only via DHL and only to Germany and the EU.
