Harajuku

Welcome to the HARAJUKU club!
This club exists to catalogue figures, goods, characters and media that show off Harajuku and it's diverse cultures! From styles such as LOLITA, DECORA, VISUAL KEI, STREETWEAR and GYARU; foods such as PASTRIES, CREPES and CAKES; and businesses such as ANGELIC PRETTY, NILE PERCH and KAWAII MONSTER CAFE.
What is HARAJUKU?
Harajuku is known internationally as a center of Japanese youth culture and fashion. Shopping and dining options include many small, youth-oriented, independent boutiques and cafés.
It has long been the home of outrageous fashion, particularly among teenagers and young people. Harajuku doesn’t describe one particular style or way of looking, but the conglomeration of many different styles in one place.
While it can refer to almost any fashion style, the subculture of Harajuku fashion styles focuses primarily on two concerns – community and freedom of expression.
