Good Smile says since I didn't buy directly through them, that I have to contact the retailer I got it from. So, I contacted AmiAmi, and they said since it's been longer than 30 days they aren't going to do anything.... Ive been stonewalled by them as well. They are just flat out ignoring me. It's been 3 weeks. Maybe they aren't giving replacement parts anymore? I even bought a replacement directly from them and he had the same issue. They responded to the first one asking for pictures. I sent tons of pictures and I haven't heard from them since
