Cantisama8 months ago#114023515The shape or size of the pegs/holes could be a little off. If the pegs seem too big, maybe shave them down a bit and try inserting again.
Could also be that the legs are not properly aligned for the holes. If this seems the case, you can try warming a leg and then bending it slightly to better position over the holes.
If it doesn't seem like a problem you can solve, you can contact GS support at [email protected]

Hi! After writing that I had contacted them and they replied quickly with they're sorry but they're not offering replacements for now. I also asked about this on the forums, but as usual it went unnoticed there. I'm not sure how to go about filing, because a previous attempt with another figure didn't end up well (maybe I did it wrong, I don't know what kind of filing is used for figures), so I didn't want to do that. I thought the problem is with the holes (?) rather than the pegs, since it kept pushing the pegs back, so I decided to focus on that. I used the hairdryer on the base as long as I could, forced the pegs in, kept pressing and hold the figure under cold water. For now, this seems to have worked, but it was FRUSTRATING. I really hate it when things are this badly quality checked. >.< Anyway, I hope this holds for a long time. Thank you for taking the time and replying!

This is by far the most problematic PUP that I have.

I love the design, let's put that aside.

First, there's such a long disclaimer under the transparent base that I thought it was a huge scratch from above! It's because the line gets blurred above since the base is transparent, it looks like a long scratch. Did no one notice this during production? None of the other PUPs have such a long line of words.

Just when I thought I want to give these another chance, something like this happens...

Is there a GSC support that I can reach out to? I never had to deal with something like this before? (I didn't shop from GSC, I shopped from HLJ)
