Intending to sell my unpainted kit, and willing to include the paints I had bought for painting this kit (but never got down to), please PM me for details :) Never been opened, so as good as new.

MoeAddict8 years ago#2296189Did you buy her and finish her? I noticed that for the larger pieces even though they are molded and in a specific colour, would you repaint them? Also how do you do the details with the markers? Do you need to mask the area with some sort of tape or just a steady hand? I don't think I could ever do GKs so I am curious to see who has done one and how it turned out.

If you don't want to paint you can just buy a set of color marker pens from Staples and write the details. Not a huge difference if you match the color properly.

Yukikaze8 years ago#2042635This is what you'll get if you just assemble her without painting www.flickr.com/...
Pre-painted kits still require a lot of painting to look good www.flickr.com/...
You'll need a set of Gundam Markers to paint those small details and lines and it's hard as hell for an inexperienced person, I know because I've tried a few times. Plus 12,600 JPY for an unassembled and half painted kit is a steal.
I forgot: you'll need to buy a base too, she doesn't come with one!
