I saw on a reddit thread a few people mentioned these elves all tend to bin heavily after release on amiami pre-owned. Has anyone else experienced this? If this happens do the LE versions bin as well? This elf has grown on me a lot so I'd like to get her but it'd be nice to save money if possible.

Indeed especially it's only 25cm (small ~ standard 1/6 size)
In my experience, Vertex tends to say 25cm no matter the figure. Excluding the base, the ones I have vary from 23cm to 26cm. But it gets worse for others...
Natigal is like 24cm to the top of her head, but she has a raised arm and holding a big sword, making her like 30cm if you'd include that. Inversely, the only way Lincia could possibly be around 25cm is if you measure the tip of her spear instead of her head.
So how they measure their figures is pretty inconsistent for some reasons. Some manufacturers include the base, some don't. Some count from top of head, some count from whatever is the highest spot. Vertex does any of those randomly.
Actually, Vertex just says "25cm" on everything and call it a day. Hopefully we'll get a picture with her right next to another elf so that I'd be able to give her actual height.

Did they try to milking her or what? It's even more expensive than elf sister by Matarou and 2 elf by Asanagi... I thought she's at least ¥28k

I will say the detail and quality on the elves I have so far is great and their retail prices are about right for what I think they're worth, this one however does seem a bit over priced, unless the yen takes another nose dive.
