I know it's been a long time, but thank you for your idea with the fan! I didn't want to send my figure back and wait for another one (although the shop I bought Anya from offered exchange or partial refund) so I did as you suggested, heated her legs and tried both pushing and pulling to even out her legs. I am not sure if it was an assembly issue and the problem wasn't fixed to 100%, but now the difference in legs is not visible unless you examine her thoroughly. So thank you once again ^^

Are you sure it's not an assembly issue? I only mention it because in my experience with other figures, if one side seemed shorter or weird, it turns out a peg wasn't pushed in all the way. Hair dryer or fan heater for 30 seconds to warm up the plastic and then pushing in the joint has worked in the past.
I think my Anya's legs are fine and equal height, so I'm not sure what else to say. It's really hard to tell the assembly at the hips. But I'd recommend at least looking to see if it's an assembly issue first and then carefully figure out how to safely push it in without breaking something else.
