Just received mine from Plamoya a couple of days ago, it was new, factory sealed never opened, but still...
...the metal rod of Graf Eisen was starting to rust. (in the middle and near the extremities)
While it wasn't has bad as some of the pictures here it was definitely there. (Shame on Alter for not having used aluminum instead of iron)
Luckily it was very easy to remove the metal rod from the handle so I bought a 3mm Inox rod at my local hardware shop, cut it at the right length and used it as a replacement.
It's slightly less shinny than the original but it's very unlikely to rust anytime soon :)

Looking to sell her as part of a collection clean out. In near mint condition, has the original box but no clamshell. £35 ono
I had my base for her break, the pegs that connect to her foot snapped due to being poorly designed and not fit to hold the weight at that angle. Has anyone had any luck with replacing it or making a replacement?
