I was changing the parts of some of my figures and noticed that the color of the skin on the exposed parts of this one faded pretty bad.
I'd like to know if someone had the same issue with this figure. I keep it in a glass case and without direct contact with the sun.

I just checked mine and I did not get that kind of issue. I have room lights and occasionally led spotlights that are aimed at the figure. I had the figure since its release on a Rudsta display cabinet. The room is also double curtained with blackout curtains and all lights are led.
What kind of lights are you using? There is sometimes light that emits high UV rays like the sun I would check that out and check the rest of your collection as well if there is some UV damage on them.
