I can't afford $600 USD ($900AUD) for POSTAGE for a figure.
But i've paid 3/4 of the figure itself already

Yes, they instantly sent the refund, it was really fast!!
They also refunded the deposit because they applied a special condition for this figure due to the very expensive shipping price.
I can't afford $600 USD ($900AUD) for POSTAGE for a figure.

Postage is all of a sudden $600 USD (POSTAGE ALONE) After stating $300 for nearly 2 years?!??
As I said yesterday I contacted them to have some information on their economy shipping. I wanted to know the price, if it includes custom duties and taxes, and if it includes a full insurance.
They responded to me today and here is a summary of their answer :
- 627$ for standard shipping DOES NOT include custom duties and taxes
- 319$ for economy shipping ... INCLUDES all the taxes and custom duties
- They provide assistance and insurance in case anything happens
I will change my shipment method to economy since the price is really low for E.U buyers if we consider the fact that it includes all custom duties and taxes. The wait is approximately 2-3 months but I don't mind it since I will be able to save hundreds of €.

The Economy shipping cost to my country is $293 (versus $627 for Standard). But it seems that Economy already includes all the taxes and custom duties in the price so in the end it is an unexpectly very good deal.

You should be able to. Just email customer support with your request. From my experience they seem very accommodating.

Also in US and am being charged $185 for economy shipping. Still a lot but an easier pill to swallow than 600+.
