    I am sorry for the troubles and late reply! The order is active, and the item is on reserve for you.
    The item Is due out at the end of Sept. We hope to have the item arrive at the LA Port and released from the port and have shipping commenced by mid to late Oct. Once the item has been confirmed to be on its way to the LA warehouse, we will send an email advising customers that the order is being moved to processing. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive and email with a tracking number.

    Everyone needs to email and ask why they got a shipping email with tracking numbers if they aren't shipping the items until -OCTOBER-. I sent them a well-documented, firm email asking for a better explanation than what they gave, because everything in that email is already contradicted by both the account order history page showing both "processing" and "shipped", as well as the emails -with tracking numbers- in them. Awaiting further developments, but needless to say, I'm pretty ticked off.


    omg that’s INSANE, GSC US is off the fuckin charts. This may be the last time i use their US site, this is so poorly handled that it’s baffling.

    Sorry, missed this quote when I was replying to others. See my message below from my contact with GSC.

    I live less than 45 minutes from their shipping location in CA which is what prompted me to send them an email in the first place. There's no excuse when I can drive up a single highway and be there in half an hour.
